Here at PCS we offer classes on how to serve, pair and enjoy cheese, virtually or in-person at our South Philadelphia classroom! Our BYOB classes are a haven for cheese lovers and a welcoming environment for all curious eaters to explore their own palate, ask questions, and taste some seriously delicious cheeses and treats.

My name is Julia Fox-Birnbaum, and cheese is my life! After working for many years in the specialty foods industry, I started Philly Cheese School because I love sharing the magic of cheese with others. For me, cheese is a way to connect with people, tell delicious stories and so much more. I hope you'll come along on my cheesy journey!
