Service Description

Have the PCS Classroom all to yourself! Upon entering our beautiful space, your guests will be greeted with a plate of 5 artisanal cheeses plus crackers and pairings. Then, an experienced industry professional will guide you through the basics of cheese as you taste through the plate. You'll learn about those cheeses, their producer, style, pairing suggestions and more in this hour long class. We like to keep things fun, light and really interactive so your guess will have lots of opportunities to ask questions and connect with each other throughout the experience. They will leave class with a bunch of tasty new knowledge along with more confidence when shopping for cheese or designing their next cheese plate at home. Just like our public classes, private events are BYOB and only open to adults 21+. Private classes are perfect for birthday parties, holiday events or team buildings, and are available for groups of 6-16 adults. After class, guests will have access to the PCS Classroom Gift Shop, stocked with PCS merchandise and a rotating selection of cheese-themed books and gift items.
