Service Description

Whether you are social distancing or just outside of Philly, there is an option for cheesy education that’s perfect for you! After booking your class you will receive an email with a list of cheeses and links to where to buy them online or in person. Come class time, a cheese pro will connect with your party via Zoom meeting and guide your guests through an informative tasting of the cheeses they have already purchased. In addition to tasting through the plate of monger favorites, we’ll talk about cheesemaking in general, pairing and much more. Guests will leave with more confidence shopping and serving cheese and some useful knowledge about using all five senses to experience and enjoy food. Want your guests to receive the cheese before class and not have to worry about purchasing their own? Once your guest list is confirmed I am happy to set up cheese deliveries which will arrive at each attendee's door before class.
