About the event
Welcome to the wonderful world of Wine & Cheese! We are excited to join forces with another Philly small business to bring you this classic combo.
Winemakers, Tom and Sydney from Pray Tell Winery, will join us in our South Philly classroom to present some of their delicious wines. PCS's founder, Julia Fox-Birnbaum will also be there to present some beautiful cheeses that have been carefully paired to each wine. Together, they’ll walk you through these pairings, sharing the stories, techniques, and tasting tips that bring each combo to life. They'll also clue you in to some of the tricks behind combining products and flavors that food pros rely on. Expect an interactive, approachable class filled with great conversation, new favorites, and a deeper understanding of how wine and cheese work together. Perfect for beginners and enthusiasts alike!
