Vegan Cheese Tasting Class w/ Ladybug Vegan Deli

Here at PCS we are committed to creating a welcoming environment for ALL cheese lovers to connect over delicious bites, which is why we are so excited to offer our first-ever fully vegan event! 

Get ready for a delightful and totally dairy-free experience at our Vegan Cheese Tasting Class, hosted by talented local vegan cheesemakers, Ladybug Vegan Deli. Whether you're a committed vegan, allergic to milk, or just curious about the world of dairy-free delights, this class is designed to be fun, inclusive, and absolutely delicious!

These local experts will present a plate of their most exciting offerings for us to taste through. Plus, they'll fill us in on how these unique products get made. You'll learn about the ingredients, techniques, and secrets behind crafting these delectable, nut-based cheeses.

After class, participants will have access to the PCS Classroom Gift Shop, stocked with PCS merchandise and a rotating selection of cheese-themed gift items.

More About Ladybug Vegan Deli:

Ladybug Vegan Deli got its start when bartenders Shannon Neddy and Adam Campos found themselves unemployed during the Covid lockdowns. They decided to try their hand at making a variety of aged cashew-based cheeses for a vegan charcuterie board, and were immediately blown away by the response from the vegan community! Ladybug's fusion of time-honored cheesemaking techniques and forward-thinking plant-based innovation quickly developed a cult following that initially got the couple more attention than they could handle. They've since moved their operation to Globe Dye Works where they can now better serve their rotating, seasonal vegan cheese boards to customers in the greater Philadelphia area and beyond.

• All public classes are BYOB and open only to adults 21+. This class will take place at the PCS Classroom, click here for more info about the space.
• In order to receive a full refund or reschedule, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled event time.
• This page will only show the amount of tickets which are still available for purchase. For example, if you are only able to buy 1 ticket then that means only one seat remains in class.
