About the event
Spooky season means it's time for sweet treats, and here at Philly Cheese School we like to enjoy our Halloween candy with, you guessed it, CHEESE!
Join us in the PCS Classroom for this silly and spooky tasting class where you'll get to sample through a plate of artisanal cheeses paired with classic Halloween candies. We'll also go over tips and tricks for how to pair cheeses with sweet treats, giving you plenty of confidence for the next time you put together a cheese plate at home. And just like with all classes at PCS, we'll offer a full explanation of the cheesemaking process and highlight the tremendous value in supporting small, artisanal makers. Don't miss this scary fun time!
Costumes are welcome!
After class, participants will have access to the PCS Classroom Gift Shop, stocked with PCS merchandise and a rotating selection of cheese-themed gift items.
