Honey & Cheese Class w/ Half Mad Honey

We're buzzing with excitement to bring you a unique BYOB tasting experience that’s bound to be the bee's knees! Local beekeepers from Half Mad Honey are flying in with their Philly-made golden goodies, and we’re pairing them with some of the finest artisanal cheeses to taste. Celia Bell, a honey bee expert from Half Mad Honey, will be in the classroom to not just share her delicious honeys, but to shed light on the process of keeping bees and harvesting their honey in an urban setting. And of course we'll have PCS's Alex Stanton there to present some of her favorite cheeses to pair with honey, and talk all about how they were created. Together, Celia and Alex, will offer insights on how to pair honey with cheese and other foods.
