Cheeseboard Building Workshop

How many cheeses do you need to serve a crowd? Does fig jam go with blue? What does charcuterie even mean? We’ll answer all these questions and more at this fun and useful class on building the perfect cheeseboard. Our cheese pros will go over rules of pairing, proper slicing, cheese tools and much more to help wow guests at everyone’s next party. 

In this one-of-a-kind workshop class, you'll also have the opportunity to build your own dream cheese board! Each guest will be given a wooden board and all the cheeses and pairings to craft a beautiful spread on it, before taking their custom creation home to enjoy with family and friends.
