About the event
Join us for the tastiest collaboration in town, just in time for the holidays! We’re teaming up with the wildly talented Alexandra Niemiec from Cakes N' Bakes for an evening that’s equal parts sweet, dreamy, and cheesy.
You’ll start the night by tasting a curated cheese plate selected by our founder and resident curd nerd, Julia Fox-Birnbaum. Get cozy with some of the best bites in the biz, learn a bit about how they are made, then head into cake mode!
Alexandra will walk you through step-by-step cake decorating techniques using cream cheese frosting (we had to keep the cheese vibes going). You’ll be working on your very own 6-inch cake — perfect to show off or eat immediately. No judgment here.
Plus, this event is BYOB, so bring your favorite bevy to sip while you swirl that frosting and snack on cheese!
