Calling all sweet tooths! Back by popular demand, Philly Cheese School is excited to offer a truly unique BYOB pairing class featuring artisanal cheeses alongside our favorite gummy treats!Â
Here at PCS we like to get playful and take risks with her pairings - and we're ready to share our tricks! Don’t miss this opportunity to learn about pairing cheeses with non-traditional cheeseboard items, all while enjoying a carefully crafted spread of international cheeses alongside tasty gummy candies.  You'll learn about the cheeses featured, their producer, style, tasting tips and more in this hour long class all about celebrating unique pairings. We'll also offer a full explanation of the cheesemaking process and highlight the tremendous value in supporting small, artisanal makers.
