About the event
Calling all sweet tooths! Philly Cheese School is excited to partner with local cheesemonger from Laverna's in South Jersey, Alexandra Stanton for a truly unique BYOB pairing class featuring artisanal cheeses alongside our favorite gummy treats!
Alex is an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional (a very big deal in the Cheese World), so she understands the nuance of cheese better than most, which is why she likes to get playful and take risks with her pairings - and she’s ready to share her tricks! Don’t miss this opportunity to learn about pairing cheeses with non-traditional cheeseboard items, all while enjoying a carefully crafted spread of international cheeses paired with gummy candies.
After class, participants will have access to the PCS Classroom Gift Shop, stocked with PCS merchandise and a rotating selection of cheese-themed gift items.
