Claire is not just a certified (literally) beer expert – she's an experienced beverage pro and the mind behind Blind Bear Beverages, where she leads tasting experiences and consults with bars looking to take their drinks menu to the next level. Get ready for a super informative session where Claire breaks down the magic behind some cool beers and how they can pair with the perfect cheeses.
